We come to you — home, office, hospital, care facility, jail by arrangement. Not a walk-in service. JC, commissioned Texas notary, confirms the time by text or email, usually within the hour during business hours. Evenings and weekends by appointment, no upcharge.

$10 is the most Texas lets a notary charge for an acknowledgment or jurat. The $35 covers the trip, the stamp, and the journal entry. Every signer brings a valid government photo ID — without it, nothing gets notarized and the trip still cost us the $35.
