Services

If Rule 103 allows it, we serve it.

Statewide JBCC certification (PSC-30288), flat-rate coverage in Collin, Dallas, Denton & Tarrant counties, and the honesty to tell you when a job belongs to the constable instead.

⚖️ Personal Service

The core trade, done with evidence. Every attempt GPS-stamped and photographed; every return court-ready the same day.

  • Citations, petitions & original answers
  • Civil subpoenas & subpoenas duces tecum (witness-fee handling available)
  • Protective orders & TROs — urgent, discreet
  • Eviction notices to vacate & landlord-tenant notices
  • Post-judgment discovery & notices of hearing
  • Small claims & justice-court documents
  • Serve-by-appointment for cooperative recipients — $60 flat

🎯 Hard-to-Serve Defendants

Dodging isn't a dead end — it's a documented path to substituted service. Our attempt log is the evidence.

  • Locate assist — address research + field intelligence for serves we're handling ($65)
  • Early-bird attempts (5:30–7:00 AM) & late evenings, standard
  • Stakeouts ($60/hr) & standby/courthouse serves
  • Due-diligence affidavits built from the GPS log ($45)
  • Rule 106 motion support → court-ordered execution ($75)
  • Gated communities & apartment complexes — access craft is the job

We do not offer skip tracing as a standalone service. We assist with locating a person only as part of a serve we've been hired for — Locate assist, +$65 — using public records, county data, and the information you give us.

  • Writs of garnishment — service on banks & employers ($95)

Straight talk: what we don't serve

Texas Rule 103 reserves three things for sheriffs and constables unless a court orders otherwise: eviction citations (we can request the authorizing order when the constable's queue is slow — ask us), and writs requiring seizure or physical enforcement — possession, execution, attachment. Any server who tells you otherwise is guessing with your case. We don't guess.

Notarization — Signed & Sealed

A commissioned notary who comes to the signer.

The "Sealed" in the name is JC — commissioned Texas notary public, the other half of this operation. Mobile, by appointment only. Home, office, hospital room, care facility, jail by arrangement. We are not a walk-in notary; there is no counter to walk up to.

✒️ What we notarize

  • Acknowledgments — deeds, POAs, contracts, anything signed and sworn to as yours
  • Jurats, oaths & affirmations — affidavits, sworn statements, verifications
  • Powers of attorney — general, durable, medical, limited
  • Real-estate & title documents — deeds, closing packages, vehicle titles
  • Medical directives, living wills, HIPAA releases
  • Business documents — resolutions, agreements, I-9s, compliance forms
  • Wills and trusts — we notarize them; we don't draft them

🚫 What we don't do

  • Draft documents or fill in blanks for you — bring it finished
  • Give legal advice about what you're signing. Not a lawyer, not pretending
  • Notarize without a valid government photo ID for every signer. No exceptions — it's the law
  • Notarize for a signer who isn't present, isn't lucid, or isn't willing — all three, every time
  • Walk-ins. By appointment means by appointment

Travel & pricing

$35 travel within 20 miles of our North Plano base, plus $10 per notarial act — the most Texas lets a notary charge for an acknowledgment or jurat. Need a witness? We bring one for $25. Beyond 20 miles, +$15 per additional 5 miles, quoted at intake before you send. Evenings and weekends by appointment, no upcharge. The notary rate card →

Serve + notarize in one trip

Every affidavit of service we produce is sworn before our own notary, in-house, the same evening — that's the Signed, Sealed & Served loop, and it's why our returns don't wait on a third party. Need your own documents notarized while we're out? Pick Both on the intake and it's one call, one point of contact, two itemized quotes.
