What we notarize
- Affidavits and sworn statements — including waivers of service in divorce cases.
- Powers of attorney — financial and medical.
- Real estate documents — deeds, affidavits of heirship, closing documents.
- Vehicle titles and bill-of-sale affidavits.
- Medical directives and hospital paperwork.
- Business documents — contracts, resolutions, verifications.
- Wills and trusts — we notarize signatures; we don't draft or advise.
Pricing — Texas caps notary fees
Texas law sets the maximum a notary can charge for the notarial act itself (Gov't Code §406.024). Travel is separate, quoted up front and agreed before we come.
| Item | Price |
| Travel within 20 miles of our North Plano base | $35 |
| Beyond 20 miles | +$15 per 5 miles |
| Acknowledgment (first signature on a certificate) | $10 |
| Each additional signature on the same acknowledgment | $1 |
| Oath / jurat, per person sworn | $10 |
| Witness we bring | $25 |
Example: one power of attorney, one signer, at your Frisco home — $35 travel + $10 = $45.
How booking works
- Request an appointment online — pick Notarization on the first screen — and give us two times that work.
- We confirm the time by text or email, usually within the hour during business hours, with a secure pay link.
- Pay to hold the slot. If it's still unpaid one hour before, the slot is released.
- Your notary texts when they're on the way. Every signer shows a valid ID, signs, and you're done.
Bring this to the appointment
- A valid, unexpired government photo ID for every signer — driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID. We can't notarize without it.
- Every signer, present and able to understand and sign willingly.
- The documents complete but unsigned — every blank filled in. You sign in front of the notary.
- Witnesses, if your document needs them — or ask us to bring one ($25).
Common situations we handle
- Hospital and care-facility signings — powers of attorney and medical directives for a parent who can't travel. Call the facility ahead so the signer is awake and alert.
- Vehicle sales — title transfers and affidavits for private sellers who want it done at the kitchen table.
- Divorce waivers — a spouse signing a waiver of service, notarized by someone who isn't an attorney in the case.
- Small businesses — contracts, verifications and resolutions signed at your office, after hours if that's when everyone's there.
- Real estate — deeds and heirship affidavits for families settling property.
Where we go
Homes, offices, hospitals and care facilities across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Murphy, Wylie, Carrollton and the rest of DFW — first 20 miles from North Plano included in the $35 travel fee. Jail visits by arrangement. Notary appointments can be any day of the week, including Sundays — the Sunday rule applies to serving court papers, not notarizing.
Cancel free up to 2 hours before. Inside 2 hours, or if a signer doesn't have valid ID or isn't present, the $35 travel is kept and anything else is refunded.
Need papers served too? We're also a certified process server — one call for both.
