Same-day process server in Dallas–Fort Worth

Hearing tomorrow? Answer date about to slip? Same-day service puts the first attempt on the road today — when your request is in and paid by 1:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday. Every attempt is GPS-stamped and on your tracking link the minute it happens.

The rule is simple: in and paid by 1:00 PM CT

A same-day drive has to start early enough to make real attempts — some DFW addresses are an hour and a half from our North Plano base. So same-day works like this:

  1. Submit your request with the documents attached (or already emailed) — Monday through Friday.
  2. A human approves it right away during business hours and texts you a secure pay link.
  3. Payment lands by 1:00 PM CT → first attempt today.

If payment isn't in by 1:00 PM, your serve automatically moves to next-day at the Rush price — the same-day link stops working and a Rush-priced link takes its place. Nobody pays a same-day price for a next-day serve, and nobody gets a half-hearted 6 PM "same-day" attempt across the metroplex. For the best odds, get your request in before noon.

Same-day and Rush pricing by county

CountySame-dayRush (24–48 hrs)
Collin$175$135
Denton$175$135
Dallas$185$145
Tarrant$200$160

Travel is included inside those four counties. Outside them: Collin rates plus $15 per 5 miles beyond 20 miles from base, quoted before we accept. Saturday same-day is by text arrangement only. Never Sunday — Tex. R. Civ. P. 6.

Payment-first, no surprises: a human reviews every request before anything happens. Once it's approved you get a secure pay link — nothing starts until it's paid, and nothing is ever charged if we can't take the job. No invoicing, no payment plans.

Where same-day works best

Same-day is strongest for addresses inside our four counties during the afternoon and evening, when people come home from work — Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson and the rest of Collin County are closest to base; Dallas, Denton and Tarrant are covered the same day when payment is in by 1 PM. For an address far outside our area, Rush is usually the honest choice, and we'll tell you so before you pay.

Same-day or Rush? An honest guide

What makes a same-day serve succeed

Speed only helps if we find them. Upload a recent photo, give us vehicle and plate, workplace and hours, and when they're usually home. The intake collects all of it, and every detail raises the odds the first attempt is the last.

Fast doesn't mean thin

Same-day serves get the same documentation as any other: GPS and photo on every attempt, a live tracking link you can forward to your client, and a Rule 107-compliant affidavit of service.
