Certified process serving anywhere in Tarrant County, Texas — citations, divorce and custody papers, subpoenas, small claims, protective orders and landlord notices. Routine $110 · Rush $160 · Same-day $200, travel included. Every attempt GPS-tracked and photographed.
Tarrant County is the far edge of our flat-rate area — 45 minutes to an hour from North Plano — so the county price includes that drive. Two practical things follow. First, for Same-day, payment by 1:00 PM matters even more here: a late start means a late drive. Second, we plan Tarrant attempts in efficient runs — an arrival attempt, then a second attempt four or more hours later in a different time block before heading back — so you get two valid attempts out of one trip.
Civil district courts sit at the Tom Vandergriff Civil Courts Building in downtown Fort Worth, and family cases go through the Tarrant County Family Law Center nearby — the source of most Tarrant divorce and custody citations.
Justice of the peace courts run in eight precincts: Precinct 1 at the 1895 Courthouse in Fort Worth, Precinct 2 in Arlington, Precinct 3 in Hurst and Southlake, Precinct 4 in Lake Worth, Precincts 5, 6 and 8 at Fort Worth subcourthouses, and Precinct 7 in Mansfield.
We serve papers from all of these courts, plus papers from other counties and states for anyone who lives in Tarrant County.
One flat price for any address in Tarrant County, no mileage. Every tier includes up to three attempts over at least two days with an evening or Saturday attempt, GPS + photo documentation, a live tracking link and a court-ready affidavit of service.
Same-day: approved and paid by 1:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday — otherwise it moves to next-day at the Rush price automatically. Never Sunday (TRCP 6). All pricing & add-ons
Every attempt is time-stamped, GPS-pinned and photographed, and it shows on your tracking link the moment it happens.
You never pay for a serve we can't do. A person reviews every request, then sends a secure pay link; nothing starts until it's paid.
If the person dodges, the attempt log becomes a due-diligence affidavit ($45) your attorney can use to request substituted service under Rule 106.
