INTAKE — SERVE · NOTARY · BOTH

Four minutes of questions.
They're why we serve on attempt two.

This is the interview a good server runs at the counter — schedule, vehicles, evasion history, safety flags. Every answer raises the odds the first trip is the last one. Need a notary instead of a server? Say so on the first screen and the questions change to match. Nothing is sent until you review the sheet at the end.

What do you need?

Pick one. The questions that follow change to match — a serve, a notary at your door, or both in one call.

SIGNED. SEALED. SERVED.Process servingCitations, subpoenas, notices to vacate — JBCC-certified, every attempt GPS-stamped, court-ready return the same day.
SIGNED & SEALEDNotarization — mobile, by appointmentA commissioned Texas notary comes to the signer — home, office, hospital, care facility. $35 travel + the Texas statutory fee ($10 per document). Not a walk-in service.
ALL THREE, ONE CALLBoth — serve + notaryPapers served and documents notarized. One intake, one point of contact, two quotes you can read before you send.

Pick one — it decides which questions you see next.

Who's sending this serve?

Changes what we ask — firms get batch intake and forwardable tracking, individuals get plain English.

Attorney or paralegalBatch intake, forwardable tracking, a receipt with every payment
Individual, representing myselfWe'll keep it jargon-free the whole way
Landlord or property managerNotices to vacate from $45 each with a prepaid pack
Collections or businessRegistered agents, garnishees, batches

Pick one so we know how to talk to you.

The case.

Who gets served — and everything you know about them.

A name and an address alone is a coin flip. Every detail below raises the odds we find them on attempt one — and lets us walk up already knowing who we're looking at.

The more you give us, the faster we find them — a photo and a vehicle/plate alone often save a whole attempt.

We look up the county when you finish typing — inside Collin, Denton, Dallas & Tarrant the county price includes travel.

Recent photo of the person strongly recommended — highest value

Face photos, social-media screenshots, a photo of their car in the driveway — anything that lets us recognize them at the door. Several is better than one.

No photos selected yet.

Vehicle & license plate a plate confirms they're home before we knock
Social media handles or full links

Public profiles tell us what they look like today, what they drive, and where they spend their time. Handles or full URLs — either works.

Employment often the fastest serve

A workplace serve is often the fastest and least dramatic — the work address and their hours matter as much as the name.

Phone, email & date of birth helps confirm identity
Physical description so we know them on sight
Schedule, prior addresses & the people around them where else to look
Getting to the door — access & safety tell us before we knock
Has dodged service before
Gated community
Apartment or secured entry
Dog on premises
Safety concern
Protective-order case

We need at least a name and one address to serve anyone.

The documents.

Attach PDFs if you have them digital — or pick "I'll email them" and send after submitting.

How fast, and what else.

Give us the court date and we'll tell you honestly which speed makes it — even when the answer costs us money.

We never serve on Sundays

Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 6 forbids serving civil process on a Sunday (only injunctions, attachments, garnishments, sequestrations and distress proceedings are exempt). Every tier's attempts run Monday–Saturday — plan your deadline around it.

Same-day: payment must be in by 1:00 PM CT. If it isn't, your serve moves to next-day at the Rush price automatically — we can't make a same-day drive that starts late.

Price depends on county: Collin & Denton · Dallas · Tarrant — see pricing. Inside those four counties travel is included.

What needs notarizing?

What's being signed, how many documents, and who's signing. Your notary confirms the count at the appointment.

Texas caps notary fees (Gov't Code §406.024): $10 per acknowledgment, plus $1 for each additional signer on it; $10 per oath or jurat, per person sworn. This estimate assumes every signer signs every document. You're charged for what's actually notarized — never more than the law allows.

At least one document and one signer — otherwise there's nothing to notarize.

Every signer needs a valid government photo ID at the appointment. We can't notarize without it.

Where & when.

Your notary comes to the signer. Give us the address and two windows that work — we confirm one by text or email, usually within the hour during business hours.

First 20 miles from our North Plano base are included in the $35 travel fee — we check the distance when you finish typing.

Evenings and weekends are fine, by appointment. Jail visits are by arrangement — put the facility and the inmate's name under special circumstances.

We need the appointment address and either a preferred window or the ASAP box.

Pick your landlord pack.

Prepaid notice-delivery credits for notices to vacate, lease-violation notices and other landlord notices. Credits are good for 12 months and work across every property on your account email.

STARTER5 for $275$55 per notice
MOST POPULAR10 for $500$50 per notice
PORTFOLIO25 for $1,125$45 per notice

How it works: a human approves the order → you get a secure pay link → credits load the moment it's paid. Then send each notice through this form and tick "Use a prepaid pack credit". Single notices without a pack are $65. Eviction citations aren't covered — those need a court order for a private server (Tex. R. Civ. P. 510.4) and use standard serve pricing.

Not buying a pack? Start a regular request instead.

Pick a pack size.

Read it like the court will.

This serve sheet is exactly what lands in our dispatch queue. Fix anything by stepping back — then send it.

We're process servers, not attorneys — nothing here is legal advice. Payment: a human approves every request first. Then you get a secure Square pay link. Nothing starts until it's paid — everyone prepays, firms included; no invoicing, no payment plans. Same-Day must be paid by 1:00 PM CT or it moves to next-day at the Rush price automatically. If we can't serve it for reasons on our side, you're refunded. Protective-order intakes are handled with suppressed tracking details automatically. Phone (469) 326-8445 takes calls Mon–Fri 10 AM–8 PM; texting is 24/7 and preferred, and this form never closes.

Name, a working email, and the policy box checked — that's how the tracking link reaches you and how we know we're on the same page.

RECEIVED

It's in the queue.

Within one business hour a human reviews it. Then you get written confirmation, your first-attempt window, and a secure pay link — we dispatch once it's paid. If anything in the file looks off, we'll say so before dispatch — not after. Need us sooner? Call or text (469) 326-8445.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
  1. A human approves it — usually within the hour during phone hours.
  2. You get a secure pay link by text and email. Nothing to pay until then.
  3. We dispatch once it's paid. Nothing starts until payment is in.
